Leo Burnett Goes Healthy
Leo Burnett, the advertising agency, today announced that it is launching a healthcare division called Leo Burnett Ad Valorem. The new division hopes to utilise the benefits between healthcare specialists and brand specialists in what Burnett claims is a rapidly expanding catagory in the ad industry.
Leo Burnett Ad Valorem hopes to offer clients a ‘true synergy between medical and consumer communications’, and is a strategic investment in a sector which spends in excess of £300 million on advertising in the UK.
Nick Brien, chief executive officer at the agency, commented on the development:”Leo Burnett Ad Valorem combines the brand expertise major health organisations are looking for from their agencies with the sensitivity this category requires.
