According to a report in Broadcast magazine today, the BBC is seeking to add Barry Humphries to its recently confirmed acquisitions (Newsline today)
Humphries’ most famous character will be back on ITV in Dame Edna’s Neighbourhood Watch this autumn, but it is thought that negotiations are already underway with Alan Yentob for a future series on BBC1.
