Trinity International Holdings has released interim results for the six months to June 25. Pre-tax profits rose 15% from £9.44m to £10.9m. Trinity said that they expected the national price war to continue through the second half of 1994; so far the effects have been worst felt in Liverpool, where Trinity publishes the Daily Post and Liverpool Echo, but both titles report an increase in advertising revenue.
