According to press reports this morning, Cordiant, the former Saatchi and Saatchi advertising group are poised to launch a financial restructuring programme with a share issue believed to be worth £120 million.
Speculation comes at a time when Cordiant are tackling soaring debts which are understood to stand at around £130 million; however this morning a Cordiant spokesmen refused to comment on any speculation regarding the Company’s financial future.
