Paragon, the Bournemouth based publishing company are riding the current wave of interest in the paranormal with the launch of Encounters magazine.
The new monthly glossy will, according to Editor Richard Forsyth, cover all areas of the paranormal and will invite readers to send their personal experiences of strange and apparently unexplainable activities.
Encounters launched on 25th August and has a cover price of £2.99. The initial print run is 75,000 and the advertising manager is Keith Williams. Mr Forsyth said the magazine is aimed at anyone from 15 upwards and the style is more humorous than rival magazines.
