The Capital Radio news and current affairs programme, The Way It Is, has been dropped. A spokesperson from the station could not comment on the reason for the decision but it is believed that its replacement, Drivetime Showtime, is Capital’s alternative way for conveying news.
Drivetime Showtime, hosted by David Jensen, is a news based programme which also features pop and celebrity gossip.
