Zenith And Christine Walker Reach Agreement

The possibility of a court-room fracas between Christine Walker and her former employer Zenith has been averted as the two parties have reached a mutual agreement. Walker’s contract with Zenith stipulated that she could not approach or contact any clients or employees of her former employer for two years following her leaving (subscribers see Walker/M C Saatchi Venture Confirmed).

Walker has agreed not to have any business contact with involved parties, or to attempt to poach any of Zenith’s employees for a further twelve months. This restriction is imposed in the light of her new project, Walker Media, with M&C Saatchi. The agreement results in the cancellation of the 5 November court hearing.
