The Sunday Telegraph reported yesterday, that BSkyB and Cable and Wireless Communications are discussing cooperating on pay-per-view services due to be launched next year.
Previously, the two services had been arch rivals, but it seems that they have decided that they will both benefit more from mutual cooperation than they have done from fierce competition.
The paper reports, if the talks are successful, it is likely that instead of going to the expense of creating a rival pay-per-view service C&WC will use BSkyB’s programming and administration to run their service.
