The Nintendo 64 gaming console arrives in the UK in March. This has created a wave of new Nintendo related magazines.
Rapide Publishing is adding Total 64 to its range of specialist titles. Total 64 goes on sale on 28 February with a cover price of £3.95. It is promising to be a mix of news, previews, reviews and game solutions. Paragon Publishing’s Nintendo 64 will go on sale on February 20. It will cover everything and anything to do with Nintendo *. Not to be left out, Future Publishing is launching N64, the title is in its preliminary stages.
Meanwhile, EMAP Images is relaunching Ninetendo Magazine System, as Nintendo Magazine, the officially licensed UK Nintendo magazine. The new format is designed to shed the associations of 16-bit machines and embrace the excitement and challenge of the new technology represented by the Nintendo 64.
