Sky Television has now confirmed that it has won the rights to rugby union’s European Cup for the next five years. This gives Sky more live coverage of the game than any other UK broadcaster. Sky has been interested in acquiring rights to the coverage after ITV pulled out of a deal last year *BSkyB May Save Euro Cup.
