Senior Editorial Appointments Made At Guardian Titles

Guardian newspapers has made two senior editorial appointments at its Guardian and Observer titles.

Jocelyn Targett, currently deputy editor of features becomes deputy editor in general of the Observer, while Paul Webster, currently the Observer‘s deputy editor of news, becomes an assistant editor of the Guardian.
