Richard Pears has been appointed managing director of More O’Ferrall Adshel, taking up his duties on September 1. Pears was formerly chief executive of the National Dairy Council. His priority in the new position will be to ensure that the structure and positioning of More O’ Ferrall’s main UK operation are appropriate to growth and profit development over the next twelve months.
