Classic FM Promotes Music With Cereal

Classic FM has launched a marketing campaign for its breakfast music programming and CD label which will see it teamed with a breakfast cereal. In addition to airtime advertising, a partnership with breakfast cereal producers Nestlé will see around 300,000 of one million Shredded Wheat Fruitful packs carry a free CD called Breakfast Choice on the front. The CD features 11 pieces of music from breakfast programming on the radio station, including tracks featured on Henry Kelly’s Morning Show.
All the promotional packs will carry tokens which can be collected to obtain discounts on The Full Works, a collection of 47 albums recorded as a joint venture between Classic FM and BMG Conifer.
