The weekly Wrexham Leader, a paid-for paper since its launch in 1920, is to become free next week. ABC figures for Jan-Jun 1993 show a circulation of 13,748, a year on year drop of 1.6%. Circulation has dropped steadily from the 1986 ABC figure of 19,000. The look and content is intended to remain the same.
