Carlyle acquires Incubeta

In brief

Global investment firm Carlyle has acquired a majority stake in international marketing agency Incubeta, subject to regulatory approvals.

Incubeta was founded in 2004 and provides services across creative, technology, media, ecommerce and data and is a globally certified Google Marketing Platform partner.
