A new children’s comic entitled Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons launches on October 23 with a print run of 122,000. It will feature the original comic strips which first appeared in 1967, in the TV 21 comic, together with features on the TV series.
Captain Scarlet will be published by Fleetway whose existing titles include Buster, Eagle and 2000 AD. The new fortnightly title will have a cover price of 85p.
