CIA Group, the independent media buying agency has confirmed to the city its £50m joint venture with Collett Dickenson Pearce. Shares in CIA jumped 8p on news of the link.
CIA Group and CDP are to merge their media departments. The new operation is based at CDP’s Euston Road offices and called the CDP Media Company. It will handle clients from both CDP and CIA, plus new clients attracted by the merger.
John Wilson is to head the new CDP Media Company.
