Portland Outdoor, the poster specialist, is to buy Poster Publicity Limited, to form the UK’s largest poster buying specialist, with combined billings expected to be around £70m. The merger will take effect from 1 January 1995, with the two companies operating separately until then. Dennis Sullivan will remain chairman of Portland.
