The ITC has received just one application for the local delivery franchise for Blackpool and Fylde – from Cable Communications Fylde and Wire, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SBC CableComms (UK).The service will be offered to 101,000 homes
The application now goes for technical scrutiny – a decision to be announced in the autumn.
