Lottery Viewing Falls
Viewing figures for BBC1’s National Lottery programme have fallen steadily since the first draw on November 19, which attracted over 20 million viewers. The latest figures, for December 31, show the programme attracting 12.53 million viewers.
The top programme over the new year period was BBC1’s Auntie’s Bloomers, hosted by Terry Wogan, attracting 17.85 million viewers. This was followed by the Friday edition of Coronation Street (17.15m) and One Foot in the Grave (16.34m).
