Saatchi & Saatchi is continuing its litigation actions, issuing a writ seeking $50m (£32m) damages against the former head of the Saatchi agency in the US.
The writ against Bill Muirhead alleges breach of contract and misappropriation of confidential information. Muirhead said that the allegations were untrue and would be vigorously defended.
