Combined ITV and C4 revenue for November, based on agency estimates, came in at £191.04 million. This represents only a small increase on last year’s November revenue, up 1.8%. November was a poor month for ITV, with its actual revenue down on last year, by 1.4% to £147.37 million. Channel 4 however, managed an increase of 14.2%, to £43.67 million. This means C4 took 23% of total terrestrial revenue; last November it took just 20%.

Among the contractors, Yorkshire Tyne Tees fared best compared to last year’s share, up by 0.98% points to 11.55% share. The London market, down 0.7% overall was brought down by LWT, who lost 1.5% points on last year, whereas Carlton increased share by 0.82% points to 16.21%. Trading days were equal compared to last year.
