Five companies have bid for the production contract for ITV’s coverage of Formula One Grand Prix to be broadcast next year.
They are:
Independent Sports Network (ISN)
MACh 1 (Meridian, Anglia and Chrysalis Sport)
Fast Track Productions (YTV, Cheerleader Productions, BBC Resources, Small Back Room Productions and Venner TV)
Visage Productions
Television Sport and Leisure Ltd (TSL)
Additionally, ISL Productions Ltd has bid for the provision of preview and magazine programming.
The successful party will be announced at the end of September.
