Liz Watkinson, associate publisher of IPC Magazines’ TV Weeklies, has been promoted to publisher of Chat, Woman’s Realm and Woman’s Weekly. This follows the appointment of Jenny Noon to become publisher of IPC Australia. Liz Watkinson has previously worked in the marketing departments of TV Times and the SouthBank Publishing Group.
