Circle Communications plc has today (28/6/96) published the prospectus for its flotation on AIM. The international television rights group operates in the rapidly expanding global market for TV programming.
The company has four million shares valued at £6.8 million (£5.4 being raised for the company and £1.4 million for existing shareholders.) Dealings on AIM are expected to commence on Wednesday 3rd July.
Circle is based in the West End of London and engages in the creation, acquisition, and licensing of rights in TV programming and trades in major areas throughout the world.
