Following the confirmation that Granada has bought a significant number of extra YTT-TV shares, their price has continued to soar. Though the rise of 6p to 1023p per Yorkshire share (at 3pm today) is not as dramatic as yesterday’s rise of 150p, the company has reached a new peak for the year today as it did yesterday.
Granada’s shares are also rising, reaching their best price of 738p with today’s rise of 3.5p, though this is not as big a rise as yesterday’s of 9.5p. MAI shares however have shown a slight drop of 2p, to 444p, in contrast to yesterday’s rise of 24p.
