ISBA Consults IPA On ITV Sales Policy
ITV’s plans to change its sales policy (subscribers see Sales Houses Propose Change) are being considered by the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) which, in turn, is seeking the view of the IPA. ITV plans to negotiate advertising deals on the basis of the share of clients’ total expenditure on TV advertising rather than their share of ITV contracts spend.
