Agency estimates put August’s terrestrial television revenue at £143 million. ITV brought in a total of £104.8m while Channel 4 came in at £31.5m. Channel 5’s revenue was estimated to be £6.7m, down from £8m last month. LWT showed the most growth, up 1% point to a share of 11.2% while the other London licence holder, Carlton, had the biggest fall, down 0.9% points to 15.8%.
