Media Business Group In Preliminary Takeover Talks
The Media Business Group (TMBG) has announced to the stock exchange that it has been approached by an undisclosed party which has expressed an interest in making an offer for the Group. TMBG stresses the tentative nature of these discussions and maintains that they may or may not lead to an offer for the company.
TMBG management is considering whether their takeover would be in the interests of clients, management, staff and shareholders; management currently speaks for over 50% of the company.
