Electronic Telegraph Relaunches Juiced Student Site

The Electronic Telegraph has relaunched its student website – juiced.co.uk – to offer a ‘cleaner, crisper and more sophisticated site’. Juiced was originally launched two years ago as the online spin-off from the Daily Telegraph‘s student supplement, Juice.

The new site offers an augmented selection of news, film, music, sport, fashion, travel and careers. The news section draws on stories from the Electronic Telegraph and the film coverage features celebrity gossip provided by EMAP’s weekly entertainment magazine Heat (see New Look For Heat Magazine). There is also recruitment and careers information produced in association with Major Players recruitment consultants.

Commenting on the redesign, editor Christina Needham says: “Juiced gives students a vehicle to keep in touch with their contemporaries’ interests and opinions. We hope that this revamp will further establish Juiced and Juice as the essential reading material for students.”
