The IPA have issued a response to the ITC’s discussion document on Digital TV. Digital TV opens up opportunities for new broadcasting frequencies which are welcomed by the IPA. However, the IPA stresses that it does not want to see a debate on the complex technical digital issues stand in the way of a speedy launch of C5.
