Big Brother Logo Big Brother‘s Friday night eviction was well watched, with viewers clamouring to see who the public would kick out of the house.

Lisa, a 27-year-old upholsterer from Manchester, was the public’s choice and the live eviction was watched by a peak of 5.2 million adults, making it the most watched programme on at the time. The show managed an average of 5 million adults (a 25% audience share) in its 10 o’clock time slot.

Since last Tuesday, people had been voting to decide whether Imogen, Lisa, Mikey or Nikki would be the fifth housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house, with Lisa eventually getting 60% of the total votes cast.
