Virgin Mobile Announces Big Brother Sponsorship Details
Virgin Mobile are offering free texts to all users as part of its Big Brother 8 sponsorship.
During the run of Big Brother 8, all Virgin Mobile customers will receive free text time between 9pm and 10pm on eviction Fridays.
In addition, Virginmedia.com is launching Fantasy Big Brother on May 31 and the portal will feature exclusive updates from celebrity video columnists and bloggers.
Meanwhile Virgin Mobile Bites will be delivering a comprehensive mobile content service throughout the series. This WAP site is available to all Virgin Mobile customers and includes news, interviews, profiles, quiz, chats, downloads and competitions.
Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile will be taking staff, customers and competition winners to the glamorous Elstree Film Studios on eviction nights and running giveaways in the national media, including unprecedented VIP access for winners on the night.

Virgin Media bagged the sponsorship of Big Brother 8 after Carphone Warehouse dropped their deal following the row over racist bullying in the last celebrity edition of the show (see Carphone Warehouse Hangs Up On Big Brother).
