Starcom Worldwide Strengthens Presence In Germany

Starcom Worldwide, a division of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) the media network of Bcom3, and Thomas Koch Media have announced that they are to merge their operations in Germany. The new company will be called TKM Starcom and will become the fifth largest media agency in Germany.

Thomas Koch, currently chief executive of Thomas Koch Media, will become TKM StarcomÂ’s chief executive and will be supported by Markus Zielinski, presently managing director of Thomas Koch Media, as the company’s chief operating officer. TKM Starcom management will report to Mark Cranmer, the London-based CEO of Starcom MediaVest Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
