Advertising giants, WPP, announced this morning that it has purchased Connondale Associates, a US sales and marketing consultancy and software solutions firm.
Founded in 1992, Cannondale has unaudited revenues of $8.6 million for the year ending 31 December 2003 and net assets of £1.7 million.
The recent purchase follows last month’s acquisition by Kantar Group of China’s largest independent market research network, Oracle (see ‘Big Three’ US TV Networks Suffer Record Revenue Falls).
