Hoare Wilkins is to merge with TBWA Holmes Knight Ritchie to create a new agency, TBWA, wholly owned by Omnicom. Alasdair Ritchie, managing director of TBWA HKR, will become chief executive and Johnathan Hoare, chief executive of Hoare Wilkins will be managing director.
Hoare Wilkins’ media department will move to Eurospace, which took over TBWA’s media last April. The merger officially takes effect at the end of the month.
BBH APPOINTMENT
Steven Gregory has been appointed to fill the new role of media controller at BBH. He moves from Barsby Rowe where he was an account manager.
