Aire FM Revamp

Aire FM, the Leeds based radio station, has revamped to give the station a “stronger identity, and a tighter focus on its target audience.” As well as programming changes, the station changes its name to 96.3 Aire FM.

A new positioning statement of “Music Power” has also been introduced, along with a new logo.

Changes to the programming line up include Simon Clarke who joins from Chiltern to present the afternoon show, and Elisa Hilton from Rock FM and Minster FM to present a new late show.

Further promotion has been put behind the breakfast show, including the launch of the Flying Eye. According to Aire improvements have also been made to the music policy, to give the station a fresher sound.
