The ITC has received an application from Diamond Cable (Lincolnshire) Limited for the Lincolnshire and South Humberside local cable delivery licence.
Diamond Cable proposes to serve at least 144,000 homes by the end of 2005, an has bid the sum of £50,315.94.
The next stage is for the ITC to consult with the DTI and Oftel to establish that the technical plan proposed by the applicant is acceptable to them.
