Brian Davies, currently with AGB, will be joining SP Consultants as managing director. Mr Davies is expected to join the company at the end of October.
Paul Smee will be joining the Independent Television Commission on November 6 as its new director of public affairs. He replaces Sarah Thane, who became director of programmes and cable last July.
Leslie Hill will continue as chairman of the ITV Association (ITVA) until December 1997. The former chairman and chief executive of Central Television and current non-executive director of Carlton Communications has had his position renewed at a Council meeting. Mr Hill has been ITVA chairman since January 1994.
