More Computers In Small Businesses
Topline findings released by the 1996 Banner Computer Readership Survey (BCRS) ahead of next week’s official BCRS show that computer penetration in business with 20-49 employees has risen from 65% in 1995 to 77% in 1996.
The survey further shows that there are 982,662 business establishments in the UK, 421,456 (or 45%) of which have computers installed. These can be broken down by size or organisation:
