In a move which has surprised his colleagues Peter Burt has resigned from his role as display ad manager of the Daily and Sunday Telegraph. He has been with the paper for eleven years.
A source told MediaTel that the move came as a big surprise and a replacement has not even been discussed yet. Burt has been persuaded to stay until the end of April to allow a suitable successor to be found.
