The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA), the outdoor media trade association, has hired industry veteran Jeff Jan as the its first head of industry Initiatives.
Based in Los Angeles, Jan will oversee all OAAA industry initiatives, committees, and councils and guide the development of research, technical standards and best practices, new ad formats, and thought leadership.
He most recently served as head of growth at full-service OOH company Billups and has previously worked at ad agencies Wieden + Kennedy, TBWA/Chiat/Day, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
The OAAA is made up of more than 800 member media companies, advertisers, agencies, ad-tech providers, and suppliers that represent over 90% of the US outdoor media industry.
