Bauer Media Audio has completed its acquisition the number-one commercial radio station in the Cork region of Ireland.

Cork’s Red Fm has 1.9 million weekly listeners which brings Bauer Media Audio’s reach in Europe to more than 61 million listeners.

Other Bauer-owned radio stations in the country include Today FM, Newstalk, 98 FM, SPIN 1038 and SPIN Southwest which it has acquired since 2021.
