Roger Beeson Leaves NRS For Scotland
Roger Beeson, Managing Director of National Readership Surveys, (NRS), has announced his resignation but he is to remain full time in London until March 1996 when his contract expires.
In a major career change, Roger intends to move to Western Scotland with his family to run a hotel. Roger has been with NRS since the beginning, and was instrumental in setting up the company NRS from the previous industry committee, Jicnars, in 1992.
Roger, who said he always intended to leave when his contract was up, said, “While I must plan for the future, and provide the best environment for my family, I will miss NRS, a job I have thoroughly enjoyed – the survey has made great progress and its further development will be an appealing challenge for a successor.”
No successor has yet been appointed.
