Following the creation of a central IPC circulation department, Sean Singleton has been appointed Specialist Group circulation manager whilst Alun Williams is appointed SouthBank Group circulation manager.
Singleton was previously account manager for the Weeklies Group and Williams had been circulation manager for the combined Weeklies and SouthBank department since October 1995. Both of these appointments are effective from September 30.
In a separate move, Nicky Rodger has been promoted to the new post of head of advertisement marketing within IPC’s Specialist Group. In this role she will take on additional overall responsibility for the media research function as well as ad marketing. Her appointment is effective immediately.
