Virgin Media unveils new TiVo box

Virgin Media is set to launch a new 500GB TiVo box in May.

The new device will also be manufactured by Cisco. It is capable of recording up to 250 hours of TV and includes all the functionality of the first TiVo powered box.

The set top box boasts three tuners and a dedicated internal broadband modem to power the services’ connected-TV features.

The new 500GB box will be available to all Virgin Media pay-TV customers for £49.95.
