BCRS Changes Survey Questionnaire
The Banner Computer Readership Survey will be adding three new questions to this year’s survey in response to subscriber feedback.
The first addresses factors such as price, brand and cost of ownership in order to help manufacturers pinpoint areas on which they should focus when advertising. The second question investigates the length of time spent by decision makers on the Internet and, as part of the network section, BCRS will investigate which Wide Area Network data communication methods companies use.
Other adjustments to the 1997 BCRS include easier access to company data, a more comprehensive Internet section, as well as three new computer titles – Back Office, Business Computer World and Internet World.
