Talk TV, a Granada Sky Broadcasting channel, is closing in September. The channel, which launched last October, failed to attract more than 30,000 viewers. Talk TV will be replaced by at least two new channels, one specialising in sport and another concentrating on entertainment. Some Talk TV shows will be rescheduled on alternative GSB channels.
Stuart Prebble, chief executive of GSB, told Newsline that full details on the programming changes will be announced within the next two weeks.
