Highlife May Land A Cover Price
Highlife, British Airways’ customer magazine produced by Premier Magazines, may become a paid-for title. The airline and the publishers are currently considering launching the Highlife as a paid for news-stand title. This idea is still very much its early stages, but if it becomes reality it would represent a radical step for contract publishing.
The magazine, launched in 1973, now has a monthly circulation of 300,000; ad revenues for the title are estimated to be around £5 million a year.
