MTV Europe has reached a new distribution milestone following the launch of its English language service into Continental Europe. The channel has negotiated new distribution deals with Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic and is now available in 25,743,666 homes throughout Europe.
There are now plans to develop more localised versions of VH1, the MTV channel with a mix of contemporary and classic hits, the plan is to tailor the channel to individual markets.
